I have worked with, spearheaded and been a part of many small businesses; from smartphone application ventures to construction and development companies - all of which are still running successfully. At 37 years old, I've been lucky enough to travel the World, be a part of a society that has seen numerous emerging technologies and have had the joy of starting many small companies. This gives me the ability to strategize new business models and bring them to successful fruition utilizing both new and old medias. Some of my immediate talents include being well-versed in start-ups as well as established companies, capitol funding, business plans, management, budgeting, scheduling, designing, advertising and marketing. All this along with procuring consumer, legal and business-to-business relationships.

Business Development
• Conceptualized and created The Sievers Group a real estate and construction consulting company with sales in excess of $1M. Growth doubled annually.
• Worked with STIIL Architectural Metals to develop a regional sales plan including business development to take the company national. Increase revenue by 30% on par with previous year. Also merged branding for umbrella group of STIIL, The Iron Gate Shoppe and Stay True™ Panel Fencing Systems.
• Envisioned and developed Orange Recording’s start-up business plan. Launched with little capital, expanded to garner worldwide brand recognition with mentions in Rolling Stone, Billboard, The New Yorker, SPIN and others. Increased sales from a single city to outlets in 30+ countries. Steady increase in revenue by 15% annually.
• Authored $1,000,000, 85 page business plan to present to investors.
• Orange Publishings and Sleeping with Snakes a spin-off start-up of Orange Recordings in the process of slow, deliberate organic growth.
• Created Descamino an Art and Design production house with multiple revenue streams.
• Successfully transitioned new co-ownership of Hotelroom Records within 3 months.
• Developed business-to-business marketing communications for Paramount Pictures.
• Updated, improved and targeted the Pan Am Group’s art department. Worked to upgrade company marketing materials, artwork, and stock photography usage, increasing overall per unit sales from 4.5M to 5.2M, representing a 15% growth during tenure.
• Persuaded the Pan Am Group to expand particular brand awareness through an increase in unit production.
Creative
• As owner of Descamino, designed over 25 websites and 100 album/CD packages.
• Compiled, edited & published a book of short stories, Sleeping with Snakes, from 32 authors. Researched and obtained a printer under budget. Project completed prior to deadline. Handled all legal dealings.
• Executive Producer on The Tao of Pong, Supporting Actor in Brass Tacks, Plaintiff on Judge Joe Brown, Executive Producer on Boogaloo to Jack McDuff.
• Produced a Television commercial for The Sievers Group
• Multiple gallery shows and art festivals showing photography and painting.
Project Management & Construction
• Acted as general contractor for luxury single family homes, custom town homes, condo conversions and commercial (retail and office) construction since 1995, from dilapidated “as-is” to “luxury for sale”.
• Superintendent for $25M builder and developer; custom homes, town homes, commercial.
• Co-Assisted in overseeing 100+ unit custom town home development.
• Managed multiple real estate properties. Collected rent, handled tenant questions/concerns, accounting and client/tenant services.
• Authored The Home Remodeling Management Program: A Step-by-Step Guide, enabling homeowners to manage their own construction and remodeling projects. Advertised and sold to public.
